Shipping and Delivery

All of our products are shipped UPS Ground from California to the United States only which may take 7-10 days excluding weekends and holidays. If you place your order on a saturday or sunday it will be shipped the following monday unless it happens to be a holiday. Then your order will go out the next available day. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once the order or package ships.

Please contact us at denterprise@juno.com if you need faster shipping. Faster shipping will acquire additional shipping charges. We cannot give faster shipping quotes over the phone. Sorry no sales to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted only on items damaged during shipping or per manufacturing defects (as determined by Fun Building Toys).

Customer must contact Fun Building Toys before returning any products.

Authorized returns will be replaced or repaired at our discreation. Replacement will only be for the same model or item.

An order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a restocking fee and any additional shipping fees or charges incurred to cancel the order.

A canceled order will be credited in the full amount only if product has not shipped. A cancellation fee could be assessed for canceling a "back order".
